Sunlight and heat sources

The upholstered furniture is made up of many different components, almost all of which react sensitively to heat or light. For this reason, it is vital to observe the following information:

  • Despite being highly resistant to fading, the covers made from fabric and leather will fade over time if you expose your furniture to direct sunlight.
  • Excessive heat will damage the upholstered furniture. Keep it sufficiently far away from heat sources such as radiators and ovens.
  • Never treat wax stains or similar with devices that produce heat, such as irons or hairdryers!

For safety reasons and because of potential warranty and guarantee claims, damage to the upholstered furniture must only be rectified by a certified specialist. Specialists without certification are not permitted to alter or modify the upholstered furniture! Specialists without certification are not permitted to alter or modify the upholstered furniture!
