Electrical reclining seat (Relax)

Your upholstered furniture may be equipped with an optional electrical reclining seat, also referred to as Relax. There are two mechanisms that can be used for this:

  1. The single-motor Relax function that moves headrest and footrest
  2. The twin-motor MaxRelax function that moves the seat as well as the headrest and footrest

1. Single-motor Relax function

The single-motor Relax function moves the back backwards and down and moves the headrest and footrest up. This makes it possible to recline comfortably.

The relax function is approved and functional up to a maximum load of 120 kg per seat. The Relax functions are approved for two persons for seat widths of 100cm and above. The maximum load is then 200 kg.

2. MaxRelax function

The twin-motor MaxRelax variant first lowers the seat to a comfortable chill position. After this, the back and headrest are lowered and the footrest is raised.

The relax function is approved and functional up to a maximum load of 120 kg per seat. The Relax functions are approved for two persons for seat widths of 100cm and above. The maximum load is then 200Kg.

⇒ We have compiled instructions for operating the electrical functions with the built-in push-buttons here.
